X-3817 AcoustiSHIELD motorkapisolatie (C4-embleem) 92-96

De QuietRIDE Solutions afdeksets voor de motorruimte isoleren niet alleen de motorruimte van uw Corvette, maar geven de motorruimte ook een unieke uitstraling die zeker indruk zal maken op de juryleden van autobeursen. Verkrijgbaar in een gladde uitvoering of met een 3D-gegoten GM-embleem voor de Corvette.

AcoustiHood begint met voorgesneden warmte-isolatie, speciaal ontworpen voor uw C4 Corvette. De warmte-isolerende panelen zijn bedoeld om in de uitsparingen van de motorkap van uw Corvette te passen en beschermen de buitenkant van de motorkap en de lak tegen stralingswarmte. De panelen worden bevestigd met 3M-spuitlijm en afgedicht met speciale naadtape. Een handleiding voor het plaatsen van de isolatie wordt meegeleverd.

Het zwarte ABS AcoustiHood-paneel wordt vervolgens over de hitteschildisolatie geplaatst. Het is vervaardigd van hittebestendig ABS dat temperaturen tot 250 graden Celsius kan weerstaan. De AcoustiHood wordt gemonteerd met fabrieksmatige bevestigingsmiddelen die het isolatiepaneel aan de binnenstructuur van de motorkap bevestigen. De afbeelding dient slechts ter illustratie. AcoustiHood starts with pre-cut heat insulation engineered specifically for your C4 Corvette. The heat shield panels are designed to lay inside the wells of your Corvette’s hood and will protect the outer hood and paint from radiated heat. The panels are installed with 3M spray adhesive and sealed with a special seam tape. Insulation placement instructions are included.

The black ABS AcoustiHood panel then lays over the heat shield insulation. Manufactured of high temp ABS designed to tolerate temperatures up to 250 degrees. The AcoustiHood installs with factory-style fasteners designed to hold the insulation panel to the hood’s inner structure. Drawing is for representative purposes only.
