De C5 Corvette-stoelsporen die in de loop der tijd nog harder zijn gebruikt, zijn de achterflenzen van gegoten aluminium op de Corvette-stoelrails van 1997-2004 wellicht kapot. Tot nu toe was er geen oplossing voor het aanschaffen van nieuwe zitplaatsen van de goede oude generaal. En dat betekent dat uw portemonnee aanzienlijk lichter zou aanvoelen!

De nieuwe C5 Corvette stoelreparatieset van C & S Vette is een luxe reparatieset die zowel de vervelende zitplaatsing als de gebroken achterflens, die steeds vaker wordt aangetroffen, oplost. De nieuwe flens van de achterzitting is gemaakt van billet aluminium, zodat deze nooit zal breken en een speciaal toren- en boutsysteem bevat voor het vervangen van de fabrieks-klinknagel die bij de montage werd gebruikt. En omdat je de stoelrails volledig gedemonteerd hebt zullen er nieuwe anti-rocking shims worden geïnstalleerd om de verbouwing van de C5-stoelrails te voltooien.

But for those C5 Corvette seat tracks that have experienced even harder use over time, the cast aluminum rear flanges on the 1997-2004 Corvette seat track may be found broken. Until now, there hasn’t been a fix short of purchasing new seat tracks from the good old General. And that means your wallet would feel substantially lighter!

The new C5 Corvette seat track repair kit from C & S Vette is a deluxe repair kit that will fix both the annoying seat rocking AND the broken rear flange that is becoming more commonly found. The new rear seat flange is machined from billet aluminum so they will never break and include a special tower and bolt system for replacing the factory rivet used in assembly. And since you’ll have the seat track fully disassembled (BTW – complete instructions/video are available) new anti-rocking shims will be installed to complete the C5 seat track rebuild.
