Upgrade uw 327 of 350 Corvette-koelsysteem met een 66-late 427-stijl radiator. Dit nieuwe 24″ radiator- en ventilatorpakket is ontworpen om de koelcapaciteit aanzienlijk te vergroten terwijl het in de originele small block core-steun wordt gemonteerd. Onze conversieradiateur heeft pinnen voor de onderste steunen, net zoals uw Corvette oorspronkelijk was ontworpen. (Factory 327/350 w/o AC 4-spd Corvette’s hadden een 18 “aluminium radiateur) Radiateur bevestigingen aan de bovenkant met zijbeugels die worden bevestigd aan bestaande gaten in de radiateursteun van uw Corvette.

Direct Fit-radiatoren worden hier in de Verenigde Staten volledig gefabriceerd en geassembleerd. Daarbij komt de kwaliteit die u mag verwachten van een bedrijf dat trots is op het uitbrengen van Corvette-radiatoren. Elke Direct Fit Corvette-radiator begint zijn leven als een aluminium kern met twee 1″ brede koelbuizen. Deze configuratie verdubbelt meer dan de koelcapaciteit door het “tube to fin” contactoppervlak te vergroten. Dit kan alleen worden bereikt met een aluminium radiateur omdat de aluminium materiaal heeft geen dramatische invloed op het gewicht van de radiatoren Tanks zijn gevormd door persen en inlaat/uitlaten zijn correct geconfigureerd voor een drop-in installatie Elke kern wordt vervolgens gesoldeerd in een oven met gecontroleerde atmosfeer, waardoor epoxy overbodig wordt, waardoor lekvrij, problemen ontstaan gratis service voor vele jaren.

Voor geïnstalleerde dubbele elektrische SPAL-ventilatoren elimineren de noodzaak van de standaard ventilatormantel en motor aangedreven ventilator. De kit bevat ook een SP195FRH en een SPFH-relaisharnas.

Opmerking: dit is een aangepast pakket en er zijn wijzigingen vereist om de installatie te voltooien. Auto’s met AC hebben aangepaste leidingen naar de condensor nodig. Op maat gemaakte radiatorslangen zijn vereist. Gemaakt in de VS.

Dewitts aluminium radiatoren zijn gegarandeerd vrij van defecten in materialen en vakmanschap zolang u de Corvette bezit waarin deze oorspronkelijk is geïnstalleerd. Deze garantie is alleen geldig voor de eerste koper van een dergelijke radiator. Het aankoopbewijs moet worden overlegd in de vorm van een aankoopbewijs van DRI of een geautoriseerde dealer. Als de radiator in een racetoepassing wordt gebruikt, wordt deze garantie als nietig beschouwd.

This new 24″ radiator and fan package is designed to substantially increase cooling capacity while mounting into the original small block core support. Our conversion radiator features pins for the lower mounts just as your Corvette was originally designed. (Factory 327/350 w/o AC 4-spd Corvettes featured an 18″ aluminum radiator) Radiator mounts on the top with side brackets that attach to existing holes in your Corvette’s radiator support.

Direct Fit radiators are completely manufactured and assembled right here in the United States. Along with that comes the quality that you would expect from a company that takes pride in turning out Corvette radiators. Each Direct Fit Corvette radiator begins life as an aluminum core with two 1″ wide cooling tubes. This configuration more than doubles the cooling capacity by increasing the “tube to fin” contact area. This can only be achieved with an aluminum radiator since the aluminum material does not dramatically affect the radiators weight. Tanks are press formed and inlet/outlets are correctly configured for a drop-in installation. Each core is then brazed in a controlled atmosphere furnace; which eliminates the need for epoxy, ensuring leak free, trouble free service for many years to come.

Pre-installed dual electric SPAL fans eliminate the need for the stock fan shroud and engine driven fan. The kit also includes one SP195FRH and one SPFH relay harness.

Note: This is a custom package and modifications are required to complete installation. Cars with AC will require custom lines to the condenser. Custom radiator hoses will be required. Made in USA.

Dewitts aluminum radiators are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the Corvette in which it was originally installed. This warranty is extended only to the first retail purchaser of any such radiator. Proof of purchase must be provided in the way of a sale receipt from DRI or an authorized dealer. If the radiator is used in any racing application this warranty is considered null and void.
