Temperatuurgevoelige schakelaardraden in het inlaatspruitstuk of thermostaathuis en regelt het vacuüm naar de EFE-klep op het uitlaatspruitstuk. Vaak gevonden gebroken of gebarsten als gevolg van de plastic behuizing, kan verlies van vacuümregeling veroorzaken stijgende, ruw stationair of kloppende motor. 1/2 “- 14 draads – 2-poorts vacuümklep met ontluchting Werkbereik 175 tot 185 graden.

New replacement 1975-1978 Corvette intake manifold EFE vacuum fitting – thermal vacuum valve or ported vacuum switch. Temperature sensitive switch threads into intake manifold or thermostat housing and controls vacuum to the EFE valve on the exhaust manifold. Often found broken or cracked due to the plastic housing, loss of vacuum control could cause surging, rough idle or engine knocking. 1/2″ – 14 thread – 2 port vacuum valve w/vent. Operating range 175 to 185 degrees.
