DB-1165 J55 (Z51) Power Stop geboorde en gesleufde remschijven met Z23 remblokken (volledig gegoten remschijven) 14-19

Power Stop C7 Corvette 1-click brake kits include a complete set of cross-drilled and slotted rotors and high-performance Evolution ceramic pads. We make it simple by matching the pads and rotors for a big brake feel without the big price. The Power Stop brake kit offers more pad bite than other leading brands without noise and dust.

Power Stop’s drilled and slotted rotors give you the advantages of both drilled holes for cooling and slots to sweep away gas and dust. The result is a brake rotor that both looks good and performs better than your Corvette’s factory brake system. Power Stop rotors use only the finest blanks and feature G3000 grade castings. All drilled and slotted rotors are silver zinc plated to resist rust – keeping your Corvette’s open-wheel designs looking good.

Evolution ceramic brake pads are engineered for noise-free braking with dual rubber-backed shims that offer 6 times more noise reduction than plain steel shims. The pad surfaces are thermal scorched for fast break-in. Evolution pads feature a true ceramic formula that keeps wheels cleaner and won’t wear out the rotors. Power Stop pads have 20% more stopping power than other leading brands. The premium carbon-ceramic compound is made using OE positive mold technology that assures a uniform friction density throughout the pad and this helps control noise and premature wear. Evolution pads are manufactured under TS16949 standards to OEM specifications including chamfers and slots.

Note: Package includes (4) rotors and a car set of Z23 ceramic brake pads. Fits 2014-2019 Z51 Corvettes. Re-designed full cast rotor for improved cooling. Front rotors = 13.6″; rear rotors = 13.4″. Car set.

Full Cast vs Co-Cast

Full Cast Rotors are cast in one process using the same metallurgy throughout the entire rotor. Heat is dissipated from the braking surface to the rotor hub, creating more surface area and greater heat dissipation. Full Cast Rotors are suitable for most performance enthusiasts.

OE Design co-cast rotors are cast in two separate processes. The hub is cast first and can be made using a different metallurgy than the braking surface. The hub is then placed into a mold where the braking surface is then cast around it. Co-cast rotors are generally lighter with heat dissipation concentrated on braking surface alone. Two-piece design rotors are usually standard equipment on higher performance cars.
