Opmerking: Het enige verschil tussen de kogeltap van het koppeling’s kruisasframe van vóór 1971 en later uit 1972 is de lengte van de schroefdraad. Beide versies zijn uitwisselbaar en kunnen voor beide toepassingen worden gebruikt – het enige verschil is hoeveel draad zich buiten de bevestigingsmoer bevindt zodra deze is geïnstalleerd.

Original style 1972-1981 Corvette clutch cross shaft frame ball stud. Attaches to frame bracket with lock washer. 3/8-16 thread with shoulder. 1.84″ overall length..

Note: The only difference between the pre-1971 and 1972-later clutch cross shaft frame ball stud is the length of the thread. Both version are interchangeable and can be used for either application – the only difference will be how much thread is outside of the attaching nut once installed.
