471134 62-63 RH Spark Plug Outer Ignition Shield

New reproduction 1962-1963 Corvette spark plug RH outer ignition shield – shield attaches to the engine block with wing bolts and cover the factory spark plug and spark plug wire. Single shield covers both front and rear spark plugs on 1962-1963 Corvette. Ignition shields were originally designed to help reduce interference on radio equipped Corvettes. However, they were often removed during regular engine tune-ups as many found them difficult to reinstall and not worth their time, especially on Corvettes with the tendency to foul plugs.
